Will migrating cause downtime or lost email?

Can I keep my current domain and email addresses?

Absolutely. You keep your own domain and every address on it. We verify the domain, configure MX and authentication records, and preserve your existing aliases and groups exactly as they are.

How does billing and support work?

You're billed directly by Mailbox Loft — one consolidated invoice, annual or flexible monthly terms, in your local currency. Support is available 24/7 through your dedicated manager by email, chat or call.

Can we upgrade, downgrade or add users later?

Any time. Add seats as you hire, remove them as needed, or move between Starter, Standard, Plus and Enterprise. Your manager handles the change in the Admin console and your billing adjusts automatically.
